To qualify for the subsidized conference registration fee, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Student status
- Currently enrolled in a full-time or part-time academic program (undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral).
- Please upload a scan or photo of a valid student ID or proof of enrolment.
- Geographical Location:
- Residing in a low- or middle-income country or region.
- These are the eligible countries. Please upload a scan or photo of your staff ID or proof of address.0
- Exceptional Circumstances:
- Personal or professional circumstances that significantly impact your ability to pay the full registration fee (e.g., illness, caregiving responsibilities, retirement).
- Please upload a short statement explaining the need for financial assistance.
- Non-academic participants:
- Those working in Policy and/or Practice in Public and Third Sector Organizations.
- Please upload a scan or photo of your staff ID or a letter from your employer.
Notes on In-person Registration fees
Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Workshops, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. All on-site participants will have full access to the Conference Platform and the live streams of the sessions of the conference.
Abstracts will be included in the Scientific Program and in the Abstract Book only if they are associated with a valid registration (on-site or online).
All presenters must be registered.
All chairs, conveners, and workshop facilitators are required to register with an on-site registration tier and attend in person.
All workshops will be held as in-person only events.
The registration deadline for inclusion in the program is May 2nd 2027.

Accepted submissions covered by an Online Registration (oral and poster) will be required to have their presentations uploaded on the Conference Platform by June 20th 2027.
